TERMS OF PAYMENT
At Reservation payment of 30 % with a bank transfer or credit card charge.
At Check in time Balance by cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-Cancellation until 2 month before the Check in, no penalty required (refund deposit).
-Cancellation from 2 months before to 45 days before Check in, penalty of 30% required.
-Cancellation from 45 days to 30 days before Check in, penalty of 50 % total amount required 
-Cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before Check in, penalty of 70 % total amount required
-Cancellation after 15 days before Check in or in case of No Show the total amount is required
