• Electricity , water and gas.
• Free car parking for 1 car each apartment.
• Heating for 8/h per day from 01/12 to 01/04.
• Mid-week cleaning on the fourth day changing towels linen and bed.
• Final cleaning.

On request and extra charged:

• BABY Cot eur 10/day.
• English Breakfast supplement € 6,00.
• Kitchen cleaning Euro 15,00
• Air -co will be charged upon consumption € 0,40 Kwh.
• Deposit 250,00 Euro.

Reservation and Cancellation POLICY
To secure the reservation, the deposit of 30% will be charged on a guest credit card
Cancellation until 3 months before the check-in, no penalty required (the deposit will be refund).
Cancellation from 3 months before to 45 days before Check in, penality of 30% required.
Cancellation from 45 days to 30 days before Check in, penality of 50 % total amount required
Cancellation from 30 days to 15 days before Check in, penality of 70 % total amount required
Cancellation after 15 days before Check in or in case of No Show the total amount is required
